Bees collect male cannabis pollen for food, they love it, they dont get much because we pull the males, but they go to town..
But it isnt often you see Bee's taking from a female cannabis plant.
We pull the males, and male pollen is full of CBD which can protect the serotonin receptor from THC which THC causes the Bees' to go a lot strange.
They get friendly and affectionate on THC, like they are with the Queen. It is all pheromones and reaction as far as Buzzy Bee is concerned.
Cannabidiol has a low affinity to CBR, but binds to 5-HT2 above THC. Bee's have no cannabinoid receptors, I suspect in their exoskeleton you may find some, but apparently none in their antenna and brains. But they have 5-ht2 receptors that bind to cannabinoids like us.
