With cold and flu season upon us, here’s a tasty and effective herbal remedy you can easily make at home.

Elderberry is well known and well researched for its ability to help us fight viruses. And elderberry syrup, made with herbs and honey, is a delicious way to feel better fast.

It’s incredibly simple to make, and I encourage everyone to prepare a big batch to have on hand for the season. Buying premade syrup in the store will do in a pinch, but making your own is vastly more cost effective.
